Lemon-Blueberry Dream Muffins
These muffins are our family's all-time favorite! It's hard to believe that they contain no
refined sugar or white flour. How could such a healthy muffin be so delicious?!
MAKES 1 1/2 DOZEN MUFFINS
PREPERATION TIME: 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 20 MINUTES
- Combine the wet ingredients using a wire whisk.
- In a seperate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- Add both mixtures together.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into greased muffin pans.
- Bake at 375° for about 20 minutes.
